‚ÄčWell Well Well is counselling in three stages.  Think of traffic lights: red, amber and green.

What does a red stop sign mean?  That you've reached a dead end?  No, of course not. When the light's red you don't stop and switch off your engine.  Or dismount from your bike.  No, the red light says you're on standby, ticking over.

The problems have heaped up, perhaps in the course of many years.  Perhaps you're trying to cope with a recent event or a series of painful events.  They've stopped you in your tracks.

But only for the moment.  This is where Well Well Well comes in.
